1. Cut chicken into 1" to 1.5" cubes; dry with a paper towel 2. Place in a medium bowl with flour, salt and pepper; toss to combine 3. Heat oil in a 12" skillet over high heat until hot but not smoking 4. Add chicken cubes and cook in one layer, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 3.5 minutes 5. Meanwhile, combine garlic and parsley in a small bowl 6. Add butter and parsley mixture to the skillet; saute for another minute, shaking the skillet to coat the chicken 7. To serve, divide among four plates, add a wedge of lemon to each plate and serve within 15 minutes
