Ingredients
1 T olive oil
1/2 ea onion, white
1 lb ground beef
1 t onion powder
1 1/2 t garlic powder
1 t paprika
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper, black
1 t wondra flour, white
1 ea diced tomato
1 T chopped cilantro, fresh
1 ea to taste salt
1 ea to taste pepper, black
1 T juice lime

Directions
To make the ground beef:

1. Heat the oil in a pan, saute the onions until soft
2. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper and blend together into taco seasoning
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and break it up
4. Sprinkle the seasoning over the beef and stir it in while the beef browns
5. When the beef is fully cooked, add a bit of water to the pan if needed and add the flour
6. Stir the beef until the liquid thickens into a sauce

To make the pico:

1. Dice the tomato
2. Combine with cilantro, salt, pepper and lime and toss to combine
(can use parsley instead of cilantro)

Serve in tortillas with your favourite taco toppings
