Ingredients
1 cn water-packed, drained tuna
1/4 c plain Greek yogurt
1/4 c finely diced celery stalk
2 T finely diced onion, red
1/2 T lemon juice
1 ds to taste salt
1 ds to taste pepper, black

Directions
1. Drain the tuna and place in a large bowl, breaking it apart until no large chunks remain
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl
3. Stir until all ingredients are well combined
4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavours to combine
